Gadberry Home Design is a South Carolina based team that specializes in creating plans for homes that are clear and easy to use. We work with builders, contractors, architects, and designers to ensure that our plans cover all the needs and wants for your home design. We are a small business and work hard to ensure that we only take on clients to whom are able to devote the necessary time and attention.
Our Process
Gadberry Home Design uses a multi-step process in order to ensure that the outcome accurately represents our clients hopes and dreams for their home, while still being practical and effective.
Step 1:
Pre-Design Meeting
First, we meet with our clients and make sure we understand their vision for the home. This includes reviewing vision boards and checklists to make sure no detail goes unnoticed.
Step 2:
First Draft of Design
Gadberry Home Design will provide a first draft, based on the information gathered in Step 1, for you and your building team to review.
Step 3:
Revisions to Plan
Revisions to the plan will be made as new information or ideas come about. You and your team will be to review and approve revisions throughout the process.
Step 4:
Present Plan to Builder
Once the plan has been finalized, it will be handed over to you and your builder. In most cases, the plans are build-ready so you can get started on making your home a reality.
